Hi Frank, I enjoy your technical analysis and the common sense approach you have to the game’s rules. The term “Rock Your Shoulders” always confused me, I have heard other sources say its a small rotation of the shoulders which seems to mean a more correct term (the shoulder rotate around the spin). Is that what you mean by rocking?
Mike, The answer is YES simply because the section of the spine about which the shoulders are rotating is almost horizontal so we prefer to suggest that this is a rock, more than a rotation. Hope this helps. Frank
