Try to remove all sources of tension in the body, by having a comfortable well balanced posture, relaxed arms, a light grip and just let it happen.

  1. Yes it works. To me it is MEH M= mind, E= eye, H = hand. Coordination of these three items is very important to make any put 2 footer to 40 footer. your day out at golf course should .be completely free of all other attractions.
