A Putting Secret: Stable and Steady

Remember to keep your lower body very stable and steady when putting. Avoid moving your hips or your knees, or swaying when you putt as this will only add another source of error to your stroke.

The lower body provides a solid platform from which your upper body can make a nice pendulum-type stroke.

This is important in both long and short putts, as a moving lower body can affect not only direction but distance control.
