Putting on Fast Greens

Here are things to be aware of when putting on fast greens.

  1. Fast greens will generally be more consistent which is good news.

  2. Fast greens will break more than slow greens

  3. Be sure to calibrate yourself to the speed of the greens by spending some time before the round putting at various holes on the practice green. Ideally, this green should be the same speed as the greens on the course.

No matter how fast the green, if you have errors in your stroke you won’t reach your potential. Take some time to read your copy of The Fundamentals of Putting, or order one today!
