I would love to seethe USGA cut the maximum number of clubs to 10. As stated, a lot of weekend golfers don’t use all of their clubs, plus you would find out who can actually play. The problem would be that OEMs would jack prices even more to keep profits up. (I have no problem with profit, I just don’t like to be gouged.)

Power carts are for the disabled. The game is intended for walking. The manufacturers can pound sand.
Lots of good sense in what you both are saying. And 8 or 10 clubs are a lot lighter, so a power cart is unnecessary.
